examples: acne scars (such as atrophic scars, hypertrophic scars, box car scars, and ice pick scars, and rolled scars), traumatic or injury related scars, hyperpigmented scars, erythematous scars, keloids

examples: redness, sunspots (lentigenes), generalized photodamage, poikiloderma, uneven color tone.  Note, there are also medical conditions that also lead to discolorations, which would be treated from a medical perspective.

examples: skin tags, seborrheic keratosis.  Of note, moles are evaluated on a case by case basis and require a medical evaluation first (a biopsy may need to be performed to rule out atypia or skin cancer)

examples: sun damage, comedones, acne scars, milia, uneven skin, irregular pore sizes.  Other forms of skin texture abnormalities may indicate a medical issue and can be treated from a medical perspective.
