how do I reach H Dermatology?

You can create an account with Patient Fusion (www.patientfusion.com) or receive an invite  from us when you set up a new appointment.  Within Patient Fusion, you can fill out our pre-intake appointment form.   Once established in our clinic, you will be able to access relevant records and send secure messages to our team within Patient Fusion. 

Please note, secure messaging is not for medical emergencies.  For any medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to nearest emergency room. 

If the co-pay information is known, we will collect it at the time of your appointment.  

However sometimes, the co-pay or co-insurance you owe is not known until after your insurance has processed the claim..  This can be days to a few weeks after your appointment.   In these situations, Practice Fusion will then send you a bill with next step instructions.   

From there, you can either 

1) Call H Dermatology, and we will run your card on file

2) Pay yourself via the PayMyDoctor instructions provided by Practice Fusion 

3) Call the phone number given on your Practice Fusion billing statement letter

We appreciate your completion of outstanding balances within 90 days.
