how do I reach H Dermatology?

You can create an account with Patient Fusion (www.patientfusion.com) or receive an invite  from us when you set up a new appointment.  

Please note, secure messaging is not for medical emergencies.  For any medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to nearest emergency room. 

If the co-pay information is known, we will collect it at the time of your appointment.  

However sometimes, the co-pay or co-insurance you owe is not known until after your insurance has processed the claim.. This can be days to a few weeks after your appointment.   In these situations, you will receive a letter in the mail with next steps instructions; this will be from our billing partner, Elite Medical Billing.   

From there, you can either 

1) Call  Elite Medical Billing at 833-817-6398 for any questions   

2) Pay via the instructions on the letter, or pay in person 

3) Call H Dermatology if you have other questions. 

We appreciate your completion of outstanding balances within 90 days.
